Formerly Cocktails and Dreams, the DV8 owners took over this huge space, gave it a much needed renovation and reopened it August 1st, 2009 as Rose City Strip. It's got a similar rock and roll attitude as DV8, but it's bigger and nicer. We're looking forward to watching this place evolve as they get settled in. It's a definite improvement to our little Southeast Portland community.
